A viral video is circulating online. It shows how a student from UP Los Banos allegedly disrespected Davao City Mayor and Presidential aspirant Rodrigo Duterte.
Duterte was asked to talk about his platforms in the forum held inside the campus. In the question and answer portion, a heated conversation occured as a student named Stephen Villena questioned the mayor.
However, a certain post from the one who regulated the question and answer portion is trending online. The person explains what really happened during the event.
The person claims that Duterte was the one who arrived late and had to leave early because the helicopter can't travel at night. The post also contains some explanations about what transpired at the forum.
