In China, a video is circulating online which angered the netizens.
The video shows how a drunk and unconscious woman was perverted by a man she doesn't know.
The woman was spotted in front of Good Cafe which is reported to be not safe for drunk women who are alone.
What made the netizens furious is that no one helped the woman. Yes, there was somebody who was taking the video, but the person didn't bother to stop the man.
After the video was uploaded, the identity of both men are being investigated.
