It is expected that before a wedding, the couple is very busy getting ready for their special day. They are looking forward to tie the knot so that they can have their happy ever after.
It is also said that marrying someone takes 'a leap of faith'. But a woman in China took this very literally and decided to jump off a building.
This 22-year old woman was dumped by her fiance days before their wedding. Apparently, her boyfriend married someone else which broke her heart so bad.
She wasn't able to control her emotions and she wanted to end her life while wearing her wedding dress. She sat on the edge of her apartment's window at the 7th floor.
While she was very determined to end her life, she was rescued by witnesses and pulled her back inside. The community officer who saved her was Guo Zhong Fan and another unidentified man who went below to hold her feet and assist in the rescue.
Fortunately, the unidentified woman was not injured and she was rushed to the hospital.
