For most women, having a bra bulge is definitely an irritating experience. It doesn't matter if you have fat or slim body profile, as it constantly occurs with females of every shape and size.

Having a roll of fat visibly bulging from underneath the bra or under the armpits can be a displeasing sight to behold. Sometimes a quick bra change with the right fix can provide a solution.

But for many females out there, the chest and armpits tend to be under toned, therefore appearing loose and flabby.

To eliminate this issue, a proper workout routine is in order to remove the unwanted fat. And here are some of the exercises you can try out to work on your fitness which involves cardio for calorie burn, strength training for muscle toning and core exercises to promote strength and stability.

Step 1: Deadlift
This exercise engages the the muscles in your back, hamstrings and glutes to strengthen it and work it out.

Maintain a straight line in your spine whilst standing straight, with your arms across your chest, your feet shoulder-width apart, and knees bent ever so slightly.
Bend at your hips, bringing your chest down towards the floor.
Keeping your neck in line with your spine, keep your eyes focused downward.
As you bend back up slowly, keep your back flat. Repeat with 3 sets of 15 for best results.

Step 2: YTI
This exercise works out your muscles in your upper back and shoulders.

Lie face down on the ground with arms and legs both extended. Raise your arms into a "Y" position.
Bring your hands to a "T" shape and press your arms down by your sides, connecting your palms behind your back, forming and "I" shape.
Be careful to avoid straining the neck when attempting this exercise. Repeat with 3 sets of 15.

Step 3: Opposite arm and leg reach

This exercise focuses on your core muscles, toning and strengthening them.

Lift one arm and one leg opposite each side, making sure not to strain the neck while doing this exercise. Work out slowly and effectively. Again, repeat with 3 sets of 15.
